Return and refund policy

At SAMODA, we want you to love your purchase.

If your outfit doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original garment tags attached, within 3 days of delivery within Turkiye and 7 days of delivery outside Turkiye.

Ready-made products (non-custom orders):

  • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind or size), the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
  • Returns will not be accepted if a return or exchange has already been made previously.

Custom-made orders:

  • These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please make sure to provide accurate measurements for all custom-made products. Providing accurate sizes for custom orders is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If a sizing error occurs due to us, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.

⚠️ Important:

Do not send the package to the address printed on the delivery label — this is not our return address.
Packages sent to that address cannot be processed or refunded.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind or size issue), the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damage, or quality issue), SAMODA will cover the shipping costs.

SAMODA does not provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached), we will issue your exchange credit accordingly.


Refunds

  • Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds cannot be issued to another card or account.
  • If the return is not due to our mistake (e.g., no quality or shipping error), the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Each order can be exchanged only once.
  • If you choose an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded only in cases of quality issues.
  • Once exchanged, the new product cannot be exchanged or refunded again.

Exchange credits never expire — you may use them anytime for future purchases.

For custom-made items, no exchanges or refunds are available due to customer preference changes.

For non-custom orders, exchanges due to size or preference are available only once.
